Everyone who is trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle or lose weight has to find a way to stay motivated. It’s a struggle to stay dedicated whether you’ve lost your first ten pounds or you’re well on your way to your healthy lifestyle goal.

Motivation really is simply having the will to do what’s right even when you don’t feel like it. It sounds like once you have more energy and a better support system that you will succeed in your goals. You need to take it slow and a day at a time. Rome wasn’t built in a day!

If your MD agrees why not just take some “me time” every day. Perhaps you could start with a walk around the neighborhood and then a nice soothing bath perhaps with candles!

Then gradually increase your time and distance. Amazingly any type of exercise helps you lose inches so that you feel better in your clothes, controls your appetite and helps give you more energy.
